We ship our products using the United States Postal Service (USPS), however, upon request we will use alternative shipping.  Please call before placing your order if you wish to use a different carrier.

NOTE: This map is an estimation of transit time.  Actual transit time will depend on holidays, weekends, weather and the time the order was placed.  USPS does not consider the day the order is placed as a transit day.  If an order is placed prior to 1:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time, it will USUALLY ship the next day, but that is not guaranteed.  If an order is placed after 1:00 PM. EST, the order will ship the following day.

Shipping Details

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase, not including holidays and weekends. Please note that during the holiday season, we may be further delayed. Our packaging facility is in operation 5 days a week to ensure that your item is shipped as promptly as possible.

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit cards or PayPal. All shipments are sent via United States Postal Service, but as per your request we will send shipments via United Postal Service.

2. Keep records. When you purchase a product, print the screen so you have a paper record of your purchase and order number. A paper record will be extremely helpful if you ever need to contact us.

3. Unauthorized use of your credit card number. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card number, you must notify your credit provider in accordance of the reporting rules and procedures listed in your account agreement.

Tracking Your Order


Once your order is shipped an email will be sent to you with a confirmation number. All orders where the customer has provided us with a valid email address will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that contains a link directly to the shipping service that was used and provides for direct tracking of your order by following the link provided in your email.

Returns Policy


If you receive merchandise that appears damaged due to shipping you must save packaging materials (USPS may require inspection). Call us first and we'll try to resolve the issue.  Please be aware that no food products can be returned other than for obvious shipment damage (for which you must save all material as noted above).

Q: Are my delivery dates guarenteed?

A: We utilize the services of USPS (US Postal Service) as the main shipping courier for orders. While it is rare that a package arrives to a buyer late, our delivery dates are only estimates that are based upon the estimated transit times provided to us by USPS. If you need your item to be guaranteed for delivery on a specific date, please feel free to contact us via email or phone so that a customer service specialist may assist you in determining the proper shipping service needed for your order.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: When your order is shipped you will be sent an email with a tracking number.   In order to track your order, simply follow the link found in your shipping confirmation email and enter the tracking number as provided

Q: Do you sell wholesale?

A: Chocolate Treasures is a retail only website and we do not sell wholesale. We are unable provide the names of our suppliers.
